One System vs the Whole Stack

Buying a full Transformation engagement makes sense if you're rebuilding the business or launching from zero. Buying a Single System makes sense if you've diagnosed exactly what's broken and want it fixed cleanly.

When Single System is the right choice

You know the problem. The marketing isn't working - and only the marketing. Or the launch readiness is fine, but the growth engine isn't. Or you have everything except a content system, and you can feel it.

In those cases, you don't need a Transformation. You need surgical replacement of one functional area.

How it works

30-day implementation. Fixed scope, fixed timeline, fixed price (starting at SAR 6,500 - final number set during scoping).

Week 1. Diagnose the current state of the chosen system. Document what exists, what doesn't, what's broken.

Week 2-3. Build the system. New positioning, new infrastructure, new dashboards, new workflows.

Week 4. Install + handoff. Train your team to operate it. 30-day post-launch support window.

When it isn't the right choice

If the problem is in 2 or 3 systems simultaneously, a Single System engagement creates internal friction, the new system collides with the old, broken adjacent systems.

In that case, go up to Transformation or do a Diagnostic first.
