The Best 1,500 SAR You'll Spend

Most engagement decisions in consulting are made on incomplete information. The buyer doesn't quite know what they need. The consultant doesn't quite know what's wrong. Both agree to start work and figure it out in flight.

The Diagnostic exists to fix this - for both sides.

What happens in the 90 minutes

We sit on Zoom or in your office. We ask one question: walk me through your business as it is today.

For the first 30 minutes, you talk. We listen. We take notes on what's said and what's not said.

For the next 30 minutes, we ask sharper questions. What worked, what didn't, what's repeating, what's stuck. We start to see the shape of the problem.

For the final 30 minutes, we tell you what we see. Not what we think you should do - what we see. The 2-3 structural patterns that are limiting growth. The 1-2 quick wins available immediately. The bigger questions that would need more work.

What you walk out with

A recorded session, a written action plan (3-5 pages), and 48 hours of WhatsApp follow-up access.

Most importantly: clarity on whether you need a bigger engagement, or whether you can implement the diagnostic findings yourself.

Maybe 30% of diagnostic clients go on to a full engagement. The rest take the action plan and execute it themselves. Both are good outcomes.

Why SAR 1,500

Low enough to be a no-brainer for a serious business. High enough to filter out tire-kickers. Anyone unwilling to spend SAR 1,500 to surface what's actually wrong is also not going to be the right partner for a bigger engagement.
