The Advisory Retainer (SAR 5,000 per month, minimum 3-month commitment) is the most under-rated engagement we offer. Founders ask for it last and value it most.

What it includes

Four strategy sessions per month - 60 minutes each, scheduled around your operational rhythm. Unlimited WhatsApp advisory between sessions. Monthly performance review with written report. Priority access to new LEOMAX frameworks as we publish them. Quarterly deep-dive (half-day) for bigger strategic conversations.

What it actually is

It's a co-thinker in your business. When the unexpected hire conversation comes up, when the partner sends a confusing email, when you're trying to decide between two paths and you need someone outside the noise - that's what the retainer is for.

We don't run your business. We don't pretend to know your customer better than you do. We make better decisions possible by being available when the decisions need to be made.

Who it works for

Founders past initial product-market fit (you've sold something to someone unrelated to you). Companies between SAR 2M and SAR 50M annualized revenue. Leaders who recognize they're now solving second-order problems they haven't solved before.

It doesn't work for: founders who want validation rather than challenge. Companies where the founder isn't the decision-maker on most things. Businesses that haven't proven they have a real product yet.

Why month-to-month doesn't exist

Advisory takes time to compound. By month 2, we know your business well enough to be useful. By month 4, we're producing strategic value that's worth multiples of the retainer. Month-to-month doesn't allow this curve.

Three-month minimum is the floor where the math starts to work for both of us.
